The Creeper WOD is a CrossFit Hero Workout of the Day (WOD) that was designed by Dan Tyminski of CrossFit Lindy in honor of Sgt. Hendriks, SSgt. Hines, and SSgt. Slutman. The exercises, and number of sets and repetitions chosen for this Hero WOD all have significance, as they represent different aspects of these heroes’ lives and military experience. Every step taken and repetition completed during this WOD is in honor of the legacy of these three heroes. All proceeds and donations from this event will be donated to an organization supporting Veterans in Robby’s name.
